For 6 years, Tahiti provided support for all aspects of Luminary Micro’s web presence. We were with them from early funding through their acquisition by Texas Instruments. Services included design, development, and ongoing support of the Luminary website, integration with Salesforce, selection and implementation of email campaign systems, set up of user support forums, creation of marketing micro-sites and more.
The Xbox team wanted to rethink their out of box experience for future console releases. Tahiti spent 3 months onsite at Microsoft working to understand and help shape the social, services, and brand strategies behind the release and then delivered a story board proposal for a simple but delightful first 5 minute customer experience.
Mass Relevance needed a refresh of their website as they kick their social offerings into high gear this year. Tahiti helped by developing a customized Wordpress template and assisted
with content set up and migration.
Stephanie has worked on several projects with Adaptive Path. One of the most recent included a redesign of the Rail Europe homepage. Stephanie teamed up with AP designer Chris Risdon to help Rail Europe develop a new value proposition and redesigned booking engine. Activities included stakeholder workshops, development of concepts, organization of online user testing, and refinement of designs based on research findings. The end result was a 3% bump in Rail Europe’s already high customer conversion rate.
